The popularity of taking a hot air balloon ride has not waned. This was the first form of flight for humans, and people love it to this day. It is a journey that you will not forget that gives you a whole new perspective on the world.
Unpredictability
Even though there is a qualified and experienced pilot in charge at all 
times, there is a definite air of unpredictability around hot air balloon rides. You don’t know where the balloon will be led by the wind – it is important to remember that the weather plays a huge role in determining how well the balloon flies and – most of the time – if it even takes off at all. It is definitely a lot more exciting than most forms of transport that you would use on a daily basis.
No Baggage
An adventure where you need to take very little along with you is always going to be a great one. All you need on a hot air balloon flight is yourself (and a camera!), so you don’t have to worry about setting anything up, putting anything together or carrying anything along with you. You just get to enjoy the fantastic views and the experience of floating in the air.
The Views
Being able to explore from the air is an amazing experience. Flying on a plane is something very different. For a start, you are very limited as to 
what you can actually see from the plane. You can view places from a hot air balloon that you cannot normally reach if you are out on foot or by car and the peaceful nature of the flight means that you can make the most of the views – you aren’t whizzing past them at top speed.
Freedom
A hot air balloon flight gives you a feeling of freedom that you do not get with any other mode of transport. It is probably the closest a human will get to feel like a bird, and you will have no cares in the world while you are on that flight.
While any form of adventure sport can be dangerous, with hot air ballooning, you are in the capable hands of an experienced pilot and crew. They will only allow the flight to go ahead if it is the right weather conditions to do so, and they are in control of the balloon at all times. You get that kick of adrenaline without putting your life at risk.
